Incorporated in Orlando, Florida in June 2025 (Florida Sunbiz Document #N25000007772) and recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) Public Charity (EIN: 39-2896223), Ya Qudsu Foundation Inc was established by Rajai Abdo (President), Sara Abdo (Vice President), and Muna Abdw (Director) to bridge urgent humanitarian gaps for populations enduring severe economic instability, displacement, and conflict.
Born from the conviction that no family should be left to face hunger, contaminated water, or shelter insecurity alone, our founders structured Ya Qudsu Foundation as a nimble, deeply accountable international relief vehicle. The name “Ya Qudsu” serves as a daily moral compass: reminding our volunteers, stewards, and donors that feeding a hungry child, restoring clean water to a battered neighborhood, or welcoming a newly arrived refugee family in Central Florida is a sacred act of peacebuilding.

Aid must never humble or demean. We deliver culturally appropriate food staples and family support that honor the privacy, agency, and sacred worth of every recipient.
Humanitarian need is our sole criterion. Assistance is rendered impartially to vulnerable families regardless of background, creed, or geography.
Inspired by the centuries-old Levantine olive grove, we help families remain anchored in hope, preserving family unity and educational continuity through crisis.
Beyond emergency relief, we source supplies through local bakers, farmers, and community cooperatives whenever possible to revitalize local economies.
Every contribution is stewarded under strict Florida nonprofit and IRS 501(c)(3) compliance, ensuring maximum direct relief reaches vulnerable families.
Structured across four integrated humanitarian tracks, Ya Qudsu Foundation addresses acute survival crises while cultivating long-term family stability locally and internationally.
Delivering comprehensive, nutrient-dense family food parcels directly to displaced households and families facing acute food insecurity. Each basket is calibrated to sustain a family of five to seven for a full month with staple wheat flour, rice, red lentils, chickpeas, cold-pressed olive oil, dates, shelf-stable proteins, and fortified infant formula.
When infrastructure collapses, waterborne illness threatens children even faster than hunger. Ya Qudsu Foundation deploys mobile water purification units, solar-assisted neighborhood water storage tanks, and family hygiene sanitation kits to camps, shelters, and damaged residential quarters.
Providing direct monthly financial stipends, winterization thermal blankets, safe transitional housing support, and school supply sponsorships to widowed mothers and orphaned children—ensuring vulnerable youth remain under loving family care and continue their basic education.
Compassion begins at our own doorstep in Central Florida. Operating from our statutory headquarters in Orlando (32805), we partner with local community pantries, faith centers, and resettlement networks to welcome newly arrived refugee families and assist low-income Florida households with culturally familiar groceries, household essentials, and emergency utility relief.
